I believe the time has come to transform the way we manage people in organizations. Managing in all forms is overhead. The sole reason for its existence is to get the right work done. The larger the organization, the more layers of managers – resulting in complexity, poor engagement, and an incredible amount of overhead. Our mission at HumanCentric Labs is to provide leadership and services to support organizations committed to transforming to the least managing required to get the right work done. I have guided CollabWorks to offer the leading SaaS managing framework solution and services to minimize managing while instilling ownership and motivation at all levels of the organization. FrameWork is used by individuals and team to clarify their work, its value, who benefits, and what needs to improve. The process fosters team problem solving and continuous improvement of the use of talent. I have been blessed to be a CEO for over 25 years leading several successful venture and privately funded businesses. I began my career at Lockheed-Martin where I eventually headed up derivative aircraft development and an internal venturing group. I am extensively involved in the future of work as a speaker, author, and leader of thought leadership teams. I hold Bachelor and advanced degrees from California Polytechnic, UCLA, USC, and Wharton.
